Selling because I just got a Unibody Macbook Pro and no longer need this one. It works great. I just replaced the hard drive with a brand new 320gb hard drive and did a fresh install of OSX. In 2009 I upgraded the RAM to 4gb. The system has a DVDRW Superdrive that has little little or no use - everything I do is online. Like any 4 year old computer used by a web designer, it is not perfect. There are signs of normal wear and tear as well as the following known issues: 1.) The Battery stinks. It works - usually about 45 minutes or so - often less. Full disclosure. 2.) The trackpad button has a slight issue - it works - it works - it's just that you have press it on the left side, or center. Again, this is the trackpad BUTTON. All trackpad functionality still perfect. Just the very right side of the trackpad button is sometimes wonky. I'm right handed and never noticed this issue ever. Only when I was preparing the laptop for sale that I realized this issue. 3.) My dog got to the original AC adapter. Included with this sale is my replacement ac adapter. It's a real 85 watt charger - not one of those oddly shaped knock offs. A fresh install of OSX Snow Leopard is on there and the only additional software installed is Microsoft Office 2011.
