You should be able to use a DVI to HDMI cable. That might be hard to find as I don't know of anyone that still makes a TV that supports DVI anymore but the cables shouldn't be to hard to track down E-bay or Amazon. With that set up you will not have sound because DVI doesn't transmit audio like HDMI does So you'll likely have to use the Optical output. I'm not sure but you might be able to use the RCA/Scart output for the audio feed, but thats only if the PS3 will output from RCA and HDMI at the same time. I think it will.
