well few things u can do, first thing i think is important. Use ur battery at least one cycle per week. Whenever u use ur power adapter, disconnect ur battery. Try to use ur charger more often.

ur health is good, i had my macbook for abt 5 months n i have 63 cycles and health is 100%. but over time it go down, tht is normal. Old macbook had 360 cycles and health was 85%.

but macbook batteries arent too bad, abt 80 bucks

For lithium ion batteries leave it at least 40% charge at room temp or lower. Keeping them inside of the laptop exposes them to higher temperatures that speeds up the chemical degradation process that begins the moment the batteries are manufactured. Use your laptop wisely, don't use over night. If your battery is full don't charge it.
