People aren’t generally so interested in the software as the hardware, if they are looking for a new laptop. People are very unlikely to be looking for a new MacBook if they search for Office 08 (although they are more likely to search for ‘Office 2008′ if anything).
I would also suggest you revise the start of the title – calling it an Apple MacBook Pro as it looks more professional and allows for a broader search. Additionally, I would recommend the use of ‘laptop’ and/or ‘notebook’ somewhere in there to broaden the audience.
I think the main thing dissuading people from your listing, however, is the competition. You are offering a fairly high buy-it-now price which is perhaps a little optimistic. People are going to go for the sub-$1000 start price models on auction over your listing.
So my recommendations:
1) Change title start to – Apple MacBook Pro xxxx and include ‘laptop’ and/or ‘notebook’
2) Consider a bid with reserve price as well or instead of a high buy-it-now price.
