New MacBooks with faster processors

Apple today announced new MacBooks that feature faster Intel Core 2 Duo processors, 1GB of memory, 802.11n wireless networking and larger hard drives in every model.

The new configurations are now available from the Apple store:

  • 2.00GHz, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD, Combo, 802.11n, US$1,099 (White)
  • 2.16GHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD, 8x SuperDrive, 802.11n, US$1,299 (White)
  • 2.16GHz, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 8x SuperDrive, 802.11n, US$1,499 (Black)
