How to order Windows 7 with my Macbook Pro?

I plan to buy a Macbook Pro online on the Apple Store , I didnt see any options of whether I could add Windows 7 to my macbook pro , So basically I want Windows 7 and Mac Os X snow leapord ( which is the newest right ?) on my Macbook Pro 17"

Please tell me what I can do .
