Packet loss problems with Macbook and Airport Extreme network?

I have an Airport Extreme Base Station and a Macbook running OSX. I am experiencing packet loss of about 35%.

My roommate is on the same network and having no similar problems, so I think the settings must be on my computer (Firewall, Airport Card, etc.). How can I figure out what the problem mgith be?
