You get a faster processor (not such a big deal) but you get double the RAM (4GB as opposed to 2GB) and nearly double the hard disc size ( 250GB vs 160GB). Get the cheaper one unless you are doing heavy video processing or lots of work. It's mainly the RAM that you can see a difference in for performance and speed usually. I hope this helps a bit.
